My new book, Pressure Drop

Thwarted dreams, fractured families, forgiveness and hope

Hello friends,

I am really excited to be running my first ever Kickstarter campaign, which launched today, to bring my latest fiction book to the world.

Pressure Drop is a story of forgiveness and finding out who you really are. Stephanie returns to her hometown by the sea in a remote corner of Devon, UK, for the first time in sixteen years when her estranged mother is killed in a drowning accident. She has to face the sister she left behind, the memories that have haunted her, and the truth about herself and the ways she's let the past define who she is. Although it explores themes of child neglect, alcoholism and homelessness, it is filled with love, humour and hope at the same time.

This will be my third published book and it’s my first ever Kickstarter campaign. As a subscriber here at The Mindful Writer, I hope you’ll be interested in reading my novella-in-flash, which has been written using the slow writing movement ethos.
